Please try redeeming it at another outlet that is still partnered with Qpon.
Can a voucher be redeemed using a screenshot?
No. The barcode can only be displayed and scanned directly through the Qpon app.
What is the Bestie Price Mission?
The Bestie Price Mission is an event in the Qpon app where you can buy your favorite products at a lower price with the help of your friends.
Why did the voucher disappear after payment?
Please go to the "Orders" menu → select the "All" tab, then find the voucher you’re looking for from the list. Make sure you are logged in with the correct account, as using the wrong account may cause the voucher to not appear.
How to Redeem Voucher?
Open the 'Order' menu → Select the voucher you want to use → Click 'Redeem Voucher' at the merchant location → Show the barcode to the cashier.
Why my Voucher status is "Completed"?
The status “Completed” means the voucher's 48-hour redemption window has ended after you clicked “Redeem Voucher” in the Qpon app. Make sure to use the voucher at the outlet before it expires!
Why is My Voucher Expired but I Haven’t Redeemed It?
Vouchers can expire due to: • The redemption period has passed. • You have clicked "Redeem" and the 48-hour countdown period has expired.
How to Get Kupon?
Participate in promotional events, invite friends, or check app notifications regularly to get free coupons or discounts.
How to Withdrawal Balance from Invite Friend Event?
Balance cannot be withdrawn. Go to Profile → My Coupons → Use coupons to purchase vouchers (except for Flash Sale items, convenience stores, and promotional items). Be sure to check the coupon's expiration date before using it.
