How to Refund?

Go to the voucher you want to refund in the Qpon application → Click “Apply Refund” → The refund will be processed to the Refund Balance.

Notes: If there is no “Apply for Refund” button, you can contact Customer Service to submit a request by clicking “Contact Us”, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
