How to Reset Your Password on the Qpon Merchant App

If you can log in and want to change your password:

If you can still access your account but want to update your password, follow these steps:

1. Open the Qpon Merchant app on your device.

2. Go to the "Settings" section, then select “Store Staff” to manage account access.

3. Tap "Create New Password", then enter your new password.

4. Confirm the changes by entering your current password or a verification code if required.

5. Your new password is now updated and can be used for future logins.

If you forgot your password and need a new one:

If you are unable to log in because you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Open the Qpon Merchant app on your device.

2. On the login screen, select "Forgot Password."

3. Enter the phone number linked to your account.

   • Ensure the phone number is correct and active.

   • You can only reset your password once per day. If you've already reset it, wait 24 hours before trying again.

   • If you do not receive the confirmation SMS, check your network connection or ensure you've entered the correct phone number. If the issue persists, contact Customer Service for further assistance.

4. Once you receive the confirmation SMS, tap the provided link.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.

6. Once the reset is successful, you can log in using your new password.
