To ensure your store details are complete and accurate, follow these steps:
Open the Qpon Merchant app.
Go to "Store Information."
Enter the following details:
Store name
Store contact number
Store address
Store link (if available)
Store category
Store social media accounts
Halal product confirmation
Upload the required documents and images, including:
WeChat QR code
Store logo
Click "Save" to update your store information.
You can personalize your store's appearance to make it more appealing to customers:
Go to "Store Information."
Select "Store Design."
Upload images for:
Store background
Featured menu items
Click "Save" to apply changes.
Go to the "Operating Hours" section in the app.
Enable the "Open" toggle to activate your store.
Set the days and hours for the following services:
Dine-in
Takeaway
Online orders
Delivery
Click "Save" to update your store’s schedule.
Go to the "Store Staff" section.
To add staff:
Click "Add Staff."
Enter the staff member’s details.
Click "Save."
To remove staff:
Select the staff member you want to remove.
Click "Delete" and confirm.
Open the "Payments" section in the app.
Enter the following details:
Store owner's name
Store name
Store address
Registered email and phone number
National ID (NIK)
Upload the required documents:
Photo of your ID card (KTP)
Taxpayer ID (NPWP)
Photos of the store’s exterior and interior
Click "Next Step."
Choose your bank and enter your account details:
Account holder’s name
Bank account number
Photo of your bank book
Click "Register" to complete the setup.
Go to the "Voice Announcement" section in the app.
Enable or disable the feature as needed.
It is recommended to keep this feature on to avoid missing incoming orders.
Open the "Daily Report Management" section.
Select the date range you want to review.
The report will display your store’s sales revenue for the selected period.
